The QLDC is looking for feedback on their 2026-2027 Annual plan. Overall, this is part of their 10-year plan, which needs to be modified every year as changes happen in central government, and as local needs increase or decrease in priority.

To ensure our voice is heard, POW is also encouraging members to make a simple submission in favour of reducing climate pollution.
This could be achieved by smart urban design, increased active and public transport, and keeping climate mitigation, adaptation and biodiversity as priorities and considerations for every QLDC decision.
The QLDC needs to know that passionate outdoors people such as yourself care about climate and want to see changes in the QLDC.
