You may have heard about the recent Climate Change Commission report, which outlines advice to the government on how to achieve carbon zero by 2050.
We want to make sure that the CCC advice to government is as strong as possible, in order to ensure we have a fighting chance of meeting New Zealand’s goals set out in the Paris Agreement. So far, we are a long way from achieving those goals.
The process for making a submission isn’t the most straightforward, but our friends at 350 Aotearoa have pulled together a fantastic guide that takes you through all of the steps, along with their standpoints on each of the sections contained within the CCC report.
